Proper maintenance of your heating and air conditioning equipment is important. It will help keep utility bills low and help prevent costly repairs. We offer our customers Energy Savings Agreements (ESA), which provides semi-annual preventative maintenance, 15% discount on non-warranty parts, and no overtime charges. It will also entitle you to priority service should the need arise. This agreement is available to all customers regardless of whether the unit was purchased from us or not.

Agreement Terms
Our energy program is the best in its class. A lot of companies will offer lower pricing for a lower level of service, and only perform the full maintenance for the highest tier. Our program, however, includes it all! All agreements are for one year. We are now offering the option of monthly payments, and we offer a discount for multiple units. What's Included
Our semi annual maintenance includes full maintenance of your system. This includes:
- Clean & adjust burner/pilot assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Clean heat exchanger or elements
- Monitor flue draft & refrigerant pressure
- Test starting capabilities & safety controls
- Clean or replace air filters
- Clean & adjust blower components
- Measure for correct air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Clean condenser coil
