Love these guys!!! No matter the time of day we call, they always show up within 45 minutes. Other companies have made us wait 2 - 3 hours before showing up and have a ridiculous bill but not Performance! Super nice guys that know what they are doing and will even crack a joke or two. I will forever recommend them to anyone.

Always show up on time, work efficiently so they don't have to charge you for time wasted not working on your system, and the guys are polite, personable and respectful of your home. I recommend them often, especially Mark (now retired) and Tristan!

Tommy (maintenance technician) from Performance was great. He arrived on time for our scheduled 6 month maintenance. I was having a problem and called the folks at Performance. From the beginning I knew I contacted the right group. I told the office staff that I had a scheduling issue because of my job. The staff was friendly and professional. They accommodated all my needs. When the technician showed up at my house, after 4pm on Friday to meet my schedule, he was polite and professional and within 5 minutes determined what the problem was and explained it and the solution along with the cost. Not having heat in November can really be a problem but these folks basically made it painless. I would highly recommend Proformance. They were professional and polite, very knowledgeable and customer friendly. They took a stressful situation and made it straightforward... all I can say is thank you.
